Kelly urges people to vote

BUNCRANA Sinn Féin
councillor Mary Kelly has called on the public to
ensure they are on the electoral register in time to
vote. |
Cllr Kelly said: “I
would encourage everyone to log on to Donegal County
Council’s website and check if they are registered
to vote. This is particularly important for first
time voters and those who have recently moved house.
“Many people are understandably angry at the current
political system. The only way to change this
Government is to vote them out."
Electoral registrations forms can be downloaded from
www.donegalcoco.ie . They must then be filled out and
signed by a local Garda and dropped into the county
council offices or your local public service
building. |

The closing date for
registration will be two weeks before election day.
"After recent events, this date could be upon us in
a short space of time so I would encourage people to
ensure they are registered immediately," she added. |
