Greencastle Regatta team T up

THE Greencastle Regatta
team are organising an action-packed programme of
events for their annual festival in August. And, as
part of this year's festival fundraising, the local
lads and ladies are selling customised black
T-shirts.
The T-shirts are branded somewhat like a famous
stout, but when you look closer you'll see they read
"Greencastle Regatta 2011" and "Good things come to
those who wait". |

Regatta committee
member, Gemma Havlin, said people can buy the
T-shirts as a regatta souvenir for €15. "They're
proving very popular," she said. The committee
offered some of the limited edition shirts as top
prize at a fundraising quiz at the Sean Ti pub last
Friday night.
This year's regatta will take place from August 4 to
