Culdaff cottage in top calendar

A BEAUTIFUL photo of a
thatched Culdaff cottage by a local amateur
photographer has been chosen for a top calendar.
Dallan Doherty's snap of an old cottage at
Templemoyle, Culdaff, will grace the pages of Morris
Oils' calendar in 2014. The calendar will be
distributed all over Co Kilkenny. |

Dallan, a long-time
photography enthusiast, said he was delighted his
snapshot had been chosen for the calendar, set to be
widely-distributed next year. He hoped it would also
provide a boost for the peninsula's tourism
industry.
"I think it's great for Inishowen to have this photo
in a calendar in Kilkenny and also a good
advertisement for our county too," said Dallan. |
