'Cracking' egg carton dress needs your votes 15.04.14

THREE Moville students have come up with a 'cracking' design that has carried their school through to the Junk Kouture grand finale for the first time.
Team Eggstravagant: Pictured from left are Moville Community College students, Patricia Margey, Stephanie Thompson and Kate McCauley.
Moville Community College pupils Kate McCauley, Stephanie Thompson and Patricia Margey will vie for top honours at the leading recycled fashion competition with their fabulous dress creation 'Eggstravagant'.
The dress, including pencil skirt, crop top, hat and shoes, has been fashioned from egg cartons.
This year Junk Kouture had more than 2,000 entries which were whittled down to 320 dresses for the regional finals. From each regional final, the best 20 competitors made it through to the grand final where a total of 80 entrants will take to the catwalk next month.
The final takes place at the O2 Arena in Dublin on May 2.
But first Stephanie from Muff, Kate from Greencastle and Patricia from Quigley's Point must canvass for local votes.
The friends are now appealing for you to go online and vote for their fabulous creation.
People can vote once a day and voting closes on April 25. "Every vote counts!" said the local girls.
