Subsidised Donegal flights for
terminally ill children
25.06.15
A DONEGAL group set up
to help terminally ill children have urged parents
to get in touch about flights and other travel
subsidies now available to them.
Our Children’s Voice say they are eager to establish
services for life-limited children in Donegal and
continue to meet with HSE officials towards that
aim.
“We finalised the criteria and logistics for
flights, from Donegal Airport to Dublin," said group
member Gina Grant.
"We appreciate these steps by the HSE and the
airport, to reduce travel stresses for life-limited
children.”
Since meeting with the Minister for Health Leo
Varadkar and Donegal TDs last February, members of
the group have been in continuing consultation with
the HSE and others. |
