The death has taken
place following an illness of the retired Bishop of
Derry, Dr Edward Daly, formerly of Beleek, Co
Fermanagh.
The Bishop Emeritus of Derry died peacefully on
Monday, August 8, 2016. His remains are reposing at
St Eugene's Cathedral, Derry. The following are the
prayer vigil arrangements taking place this week
ahead of the funeral on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at
3.30pm.
