THE talented children
of Desertegney National School hope people will
watch their Safe Cross Code video to help them win
tablet computers for their classroom.
The school - one of the smallest in Ireland - has
beaten off competition from the entire country to
reach number three in a shortlist of just ten
entries.
The bi-lingual competition is run by the Road Safety
Authority and the local school is in with a real
chance of winning 30, seven-inch tablets for their
class and a €200 One-for-All voucher for their
teacher. |
