Take to Inch –
explore for miles!

On Saturday, 18th
September 2021 you are invited to join Donegal County
Council’s Trail Gazers and Jason Black, as part of
National Bike Week for a fun filled 8km short cycle
(social distance), at a very leisurely pace along the
beautiful Inch Levels. The starting point is McGrath’s
Carpark at 12 noon.
Jason is an internationally renowned global endurance
athlete and successful high altitude mountaineer. |
After the spin, as you
enjoy your packed lunch (which will be provided), hear
Jason talk about the physical and mental benefits of
being engaged in the great outdoors in Inishowen. Jason
will share some simple to follow tips and tricks along
with food and fueling ideas to make your outdoor
experience fun to enjoy with friends and family.
John Meehan, Assistant National Director HSE/Head of the
National Office for Suicide Prevention and Bill Vaughan,
Mental Health Ireland will explain why getting outdoors
is so important for our minds and bodies and they will
have goodie bags to give out to all participants.
You will also learn more about Trail Gazers and what it
is doing at Inch, and how you can get involved.
Get on your bike and join Trail Gazers on Saturday 18th
September at 12 noon at McGrath’s Carpark, Inch (beside
the WAW sign) for a leisurely bike ride and conversation
over lunch.
