Donegal is calling
14.02.23
DISCOVER a standard of
living as high as the county’s breathtaking mountain
peaks.
A new campaign, from Donegal County Council, is
encouraging people to relocate and experience a more
connected and balanced life. The video below calls on
people to consider a move to Donegal.
The ‘Donegal Is Calling’ campaign, highlights the
county’s vibrant culture, modern infrastructure and
world-renowned scenery which makes for the perfect
remote working location. Whether relocating to one of
the many villages or towns across the county, or for
those wishing to live a little more remotely, access to
amenities and a connected way of living is what makes
Donegal so appealing. |
Those who are enjoying
this way of life feature throughout the video campaign
including Donegal Ladies’ Gaelic Football captain and
occupational physiotherapist Niamh McLaughlin, who left
Dublin for Donegal during the pandemic to be closer to
what matters most: work, sport and her friends.
Speaking about her move, she said: "Donegal is becoming
so diverse and is always developing in all aspects of
study, culture, sports, the outdoors, food and
socialising. It offers everything that a bigger city or
country can but with the beauty of its views, outdoors,
and its active, healthy lifestyle.’
The video content for the campaign was filmed on
location in Donegal across the towns, villages and
beautiful landscapes showcasing all the county has to
offer and includes Tank and Skinnys in Buncrana and
Welditz in Carndonagh.
