The new pipes along the
R241 (Ballymcarthur Crossroads to Stroove), will put a
stop to bursts, outages and leakage and give residents
an improved confidence in the security of their water
supply.
A road closure will be required for a section of the
works along the R241(McCorkells Road Junction to Stroove)
with signed diversions in place.
These essential works may involve some short-term water
interruptions, but people will be given a minimum of 48
hours’ prior notice. Farrans Construction will carry out
the works with a completion date of November 2023.
