Carn alive to 'The Sounds of Musicals' 26.01.09
CARNDONAGH Community
School is gearing up for a musical extravaganza this
week featuring songs and music from no fewer than
fifteen musicals.
'The Sounds of Musicals' show will cater for the
young and not so young and will feature family
favourites from hit musicals such as 'Oliver', 'Mary
Poppins', 'Annie', 'Buddy Holly', 'Mama Mia' and
'Grease'. |
The students have been
working hard since auditions began in September and
with the countdown to opening night well underway,
there isn't a minute to spare.
Carn's transition year students have also been
rehearsing tirelessly to create two short drama
scenes based on the musicals. This promises to be a
real treat. An extra night has been added due to
popular demand. The show will run from Wednesday,
January 28 until Friday, January 30. Tickets are
