Local businessman creates 15 jobs

A BUNCRANA telecoms
businessman is creating 15 new jobs with a major
expansion in Letterkenny, Sligo and Ballina.
Francis Callaghan of Digitalfone 02 has just
announced plans to open three new state-of-the-art
02 stores in Letterkenny, Sligo and Ballina. The
investment also includes a total refit of existing
stores in Buncrana and Carndonagh. |
"The expansion will
mean the creation of another 15 new positions within
the company," said Mr Callaghan.
He said he was delighted, after a long selection
process, that 02 had chosen Digitalfone to operate
their new 02 stores in the North West.
"While a lot of businesses are consolidating it's
great to be able to announce 15 new jobs here in the
North West," he added.
The expansion has already begun with the Buncrana
store at Park Lane currently being revamped. |

It will reopen on September 10. The
remaining new stores are expected to open their
doors over the next eight weeks. |
