AN eyesore that has
marred Moville's shore front for several years has
finally been removed.
The clothes and bottle banks located at the shore
front car park have been relocated to the Glencrow
Business Park on the outskirts of the town. |
Cllr Marian McDonald
who has lobbied for the recycling banks' removal for
sometime expressed her delight at the move. “These
bottle and clothes banks were there without planning
permission and were unsightly along the Slí na
Slainte route in Moville," she said. "I had been
inundated with calls about people leaving rubbish
beside the bottle and clothes |

banks."
The Moville-based councillor thanked the business
people for accepting the relocation.
“I would like to congratulate and thank the business
people of the Glencrow Business Park for allowing
the banks to be located in their area. These will be
closely monitored by CCTV," added Cllr McDonald. |
