Inishowen Kindergarten unveil new
'home'

INISHOWEN Kindergarten
have unveiled their idyllic new premises and are
inviting parents and children in the peninsula to
join them. |
The group are holding
an Open Day on June 16 in their farmhouse setting at
Rock House, Lecamy, Carrowmenagh.
Inishowen Kindergarten is run by a group of parents
who come together two mornings a |
 |
week to enjoy holistic
and creative experiences with their children aged
from birth to six.
Based primarily on the Steiner Waldorf approach,
they aim to provide a natural and creative
environment with rhythmical and inspiring activities
for both children and parents. |
 |
These include painting,
baking, sewing, singing and organic gardening to
name a few. Family festivals, farm visits and walks,
all combine to make the whole experience fun,
interesting and educational for all.
If you are a full time or part time stay-at-home
parent and would like to meet new people and be part
of a creative community, |
