Natasha and PJ set new wedding

McDermott and his fiance Natasha Nic Gairbeith have
rearranged their wedding date for September.
Their marriage was postponed in tragic circumstances
in April after PJ's niece Ciara Dunne was found dead
along with her two little girls and husband Adrian
in their Wexford home. |

On what should have
been their happiest day on April 28th, PJ was
shouldering the coffins of his sister Marian's
daughter and grand-daughters Leanne, 5 and Shania, 3
into Burt Cemetery.
The couple, who have a one-year old son Padraig,
have now rearranged their wedding for Friday,
September 7th. |
The day will begin with
Mass at St. Mary's Church in Natasha's native Gaoth
Dobhair followed by a reception at the luxury An
Grianan Hotel, Burt, which is co-owned by the
groom-to-be.
A friend of the family said while the tragedy was
foremost in the bereaved family's mind, September
7th, would be "a happy occasion tinged with
sadness".
Gardai are still awaiting the toxicology report on
the bodies of Ciara and her daughters. |
